Who we are

What we collect
When you enquire, we collect the details you enter: your name, mobile number, and, if you choose to give them, your email address, company name, requirement and preferred contact method. If mobile verification is switched on, we also record whether your number was verified by a one-time code.
We also record how you reached the website and used it: campaign tags (such as utm parameters and ad click IDs), the page you landed on, the referring website, your device and browser type, your IP address, and whether you clicked to call or WhatsApp us.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry by call, SMS, WhatsApp or email, as you agreed when submitting the form.
- To send you project details, availability and launch updates for this development.
- To verify your mobile number and prevent spam or misuse of the form.
- To understand which advertising and channels bring enquiries, and to improve them.
We process your personal data on the basis of your consent. You may withdraw consent at any time (see "Your rights" below).
Who we share it with
Your details may be shared with the developer of the project and its authorised channel partners, solely to respond to your enquiry. We also use service providers who process data on our behalf, such as website hosting, email, SMS and WhatsApp messaging providers, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and analytics and advertising platforms (such as Google and Meta). Where we share data with advertising platforms for measurement, contact details are converted into a one-way hashed form first. We do not sell your personal data.
Cookies and similar technologies
This website uses cookies and browser storage to remember how you arrived (for example, the ad you clicked), to measure visits and enquiries, and to avoid showing you the same enquiry pop-up repeatedly. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the enquiry form will still work.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or the law requires us to keep them longer.
Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, withdraw your consent, nominate another person to exercise your rights, and raise a grievance. Write to leads@ajmeracommercial.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
Security
We use reasonable security safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to enquiry records. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
